Integral markers based on serum albumin for assessing metabolic, inflammatory, and hemodynamic disturbances In recent years, hyperuricemia has been recognized not only as the pathophysiological basis of gout but also as an independent cardiometabolic risk factor. Elevated serum uric acid is associated with the development of ischemic heart disease, hypertension, and gout. In this study, 160 patients were evaluatedfor serum albumin and its ratios with hemoglobin, erythrocytes, neutrophils, platelets, and uric acid. Integral indices (Hb/Albumin, Er/Albumin, N/Albumin, UA/Albumin, Tr/Albumin, TC/Albumin, HUF/OSF, HUF/DF) were developed. Results demonstrated that albumin serves as a central pathogenic node, integrating metabolic, inflammatory, oxidative stress, and dyslipidemic processes in hyperuricemia. These findings may support improved prognosis of hyperuricemia-related conditions and the development of personalized therapeutic approaches.
