Annotatsiya

Introduction: Diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis (A) remain a pressing problem in surgery due to the high incidence of complicatedforms and diagnostic errors. To improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis using artificial intelligence and endovideosurgery. Material and methods: The data of283 patients with acute appendicitis were analyzed, and information from domestic and foreign scientific sources on the use of Al was summarized.Results: The use of Al allows achieving accuracy of up to 96%, AUC up to 0.985, which significantly exceeds traditional diagnostic methods, including the Alvarado scale. The integration of Al into the diagnosis and endovideosurgery of acute appendicitis increases accuracy, reduces the number of diagnostic errors and promotes the unification of clinical approaches.
