The article assesses the potential of artificial intelligence for computer modeling of invaginational anastomosis technologies "end-to-side" in colon surgery. The computer modeling was supported by the artificial intelligence system ChatGPT (http://openai.com) in conjunction with the 3D MAX program, the Surgery 3dview website for 3D pictures (https:// surgery3dview.wordpress.com/?_gl=l*18glmc0*_gcl_au*MTM2NzM4MzE3MC4xNzI5MjUyNzQy), and Surgery models (https://sketchfab.com/Surgery3dmodelsview).Using computer modeling of invaginational anastomosis technologies "end-to-side” with artificial intelligence allows for the effective development of optimal anastomosis options in colorectal surgery. Further research in this field is planned to improve methods and technologies. Preliminary results of artificial intelligence application indicate significant prospects for creating new or improved invaginational anastomoses.
