The relevance of Al lies in its ability to minimize errors, enhance accuracy, and optimize treatment outcomes. Meanwhile, in gastrointestinal surgery, researchers are focusing on invagination anastomoses, which have demonstrated a reduction in complications such as suture failure. However, the integration of Al and invagination technologies is accompanied by challenges, including high costs, ethical considerations, and the need for medical staff adaptation. Prospects for further research include the development of autonomous surgical approaches and new Al-based research methods. Invagination anastomoses remain a promising area but require additional studies to standardize techniques and assess long-term outcomes.
