Annotatsiya

Endovideocolonoscopy (EVC) is a key method in diagnostics and minimally invasive surgery ofthe gastrointestinal tract. Integration of Al into EVC allows to automate the detection ofpathologies (including anastomotic leakage), predict complications and improve postoperative monitoring. Deep learning algorithms increase the accuracy of diagnostics, reducing the influence of the human factor. However, the implementation of Al requires data standardization, transparency of algorithms and compliance with regulatory standards. The review analyzes modern trends in AI-oriented E VC, its role in the assessment of interintestinal anastomoses and innovative approaches to improve the safety of surgical treatment.
