This article analyzes issues related to the fact that no evidence in criminal proceedings has predetermined force. Most importantly, we will try to justify the issues of free assessment of evidence by evaluating subjects, emphasizing the meaning, interpretation, and understanding of the requirements. This article analyzes national and foreign legislation as well as the opinions of scientists.
