This article analyzes the extralinguistic factors affecting speech and their role in the communication process. It examines the social, psychological, cultural, and pragmatic factors that influence the content and effectiveness of speech. The study employs descriptive, comparative, and pragmatic methods of analysis. The findings demonstrate that extralinguistic factors play a significant role in shaping the semantic and communicative characteristics of speech and provide a theoretical foundation for further research in pragmatics and sociolinguistics.
