The introduction of euphemization in Uzbek is associated with the development of globalization processes, the introduction of information technology in all spheres of society and the impact on our culture. We may notice that the level of aggressiveness in people's speech behavior has become extremely high nowadays, and the process of euphemization of speech has become a characteristic feature of modern society. Euphemisms, due to their unique function of neutralizing the initial negative characteristics used in various spheres of human life, for example, in politics, in interpersonal relations, in domestic conditions, in professions etc. In this article the names of least prestigious professions are described as an object of euphemization of speech in English and Uzbek. The internal mechanism of the use of euphemism in the field of the human profession is analyzed, its pragmatic function and the real psychological motives of its application are illustrated. Currently, there are no scientific studies on the topic of euphemization of speech, comprehensive studies on euphemization of the requirements of low-prestige professions in Uzbek which is considered the novelty of this article.
