This article explores the analytical frameworks, methodological innovations, and pedagogical implications of employing AI-driven tools to facilitate the acquisition and analysis of cyber terms within English language instruction. By leveraging advanced models such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks within Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approaches, educators can enhance vocabulary retention, semantic understanding, and contextual application. The discussion delves into the dual challenges of technical specificity and linguistic proficiency, demonstrating how AI adapts to learner needs through personalized feedback, gap-fill predictions, and semantic categorization.
