This article explores the theoretical foundations of linguistic polyphony and its interpretation within modular approaches in contemporary linguistics. The study examines the development of the concept of polyphony and highlights its semantic-pragmatic, discourse, and textual dimensions. Particular attention is given to the models proposed by Nølke, Roulet, and Adam, which reveal different levels of polyphonic expression in language, text, and discourse. These approaches contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the multivoiced nature of communication. The findings emphasize the importance of an integrative approach to the study of linguistic polyphony.
