The article examines the possibilities of using innovative educational technologies in developing students’ financial literacy. Special attention is paid to the role of digital tools, generative artificial intelligence, adaptive learning, simulation tasks, gamification, microlearning and learning analytics in improving the effectiveness of the educational process. It is substantiated that in the context of the digital economy, financial literacy should be viewed not only as a set of knowledge about income, expenses, savings and loans, but also as a practical ability to make independent, safe and responsible financial decisions. The article emphasizes that innovative technologies contribute to the development of students’ skills in planning personal and family budgets, rational consumption, assessing financial risks and safely using digital payment services. It is concluded that these technologies should be introduced into the educational process of higher education institutions on a methodologically sound basis.
