This article examines foreign models for handling appeals from individuals and legal entities, their organizational and legal features, and their significance in ensuring the restoration of rights and the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision. The study employs a comparative legal analysis of the practices of Estonia, Azerbaijan, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, the Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and China. Particular attention is paid to digitalization processes, electronic platforms, ombudsman institutions, and practical mechanisms of prosecutorial supervision. Based on international case studies, the article substantiates that the institution of appeals serves as an important mechanism for public oversight of state authorities, the restoration of violated rights, and the improvement of public administration efficiency. The findings indicate that strengthening digitalization, transparency, accountability, and analytical approaches in handling appeals is of significant importance for improving national systems and enhancing institutional effectiveness.
