This article provides an in-depth analysis of the theoretical, legal, and socio-economic issues related to the implementation of artificial intelligence hereinafter referred to as AI technologies within the judicial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Within the framework of the “Smart Court” concept, which represents a new stage of digital transformation in the administration of justice, the study examines the “human-in-the-loop” model based on the synergy between human judgment and artificial intelligence. It also addresses issues of local cybersecurity, automation of judicial activities, transparency in human resources policy, and technological mechanisms for guaranteeing employees’ labor rights.
