The article examines the concept, main types, and potential applications of artificial intelligence in the judicial system. It analyzes the use of AI in case management, legal research, online dispute resolution, natural language processing, and judicial decision support. Particular attention is paid to the legal, ethical, and organizational challenges of AI implementation, including algorithmic transparency, protection of human rights, and preservation of judicial discretion.
