This article examines the issues of improving the linguodidactic model for teaching Uzbek military terminology in military educational institutions based on a competence-based approach. The study analyzes the linguocultural characteristics of military terms and highlights the methodical foundations for using innovative methods (Association, Case-study, situational exercises) and digital technologies in the teaching process. The improved model serves to link the terminological knowledge of military personnel with practical activities and enhances their linguocultural competence.
