The article examines the pedagogical and methodological potential of designing an adaptive learning environment for teaching biophysics based on artificial intelligence technologies and learning analytics. The study involved 90 students enrolled in the General Medicine program at Andijan State Medical Institute. An adaptive model integrating diagnostic testing, individual learning trajectories, analytical monitoring, automated feedback, and reflective assignments was developed for the experimental group, while the control group continued traditional practical instruction. The findings indicate that the experimental group demonstrated higher levels of conceptual understanding of biophysical concepts, problem-solving speed, laboratory and cognitive activity, and self-directed learning compared with the control group. The article substantiates the didactic conditions, methodological components, and mechanisms for applying an adaptive learning environment in medical education.
