This scientific article examines the transformational of medical ethics and deontology in communication with Generation Z patients based on modern scientific approaches. The study analyzes international research in communicative medicine, bioethics, clinical psychology, patient-centered medicine, and digital medical ethics. The article explains from a scientific perspective that Generation Z differs from previous generations in its attitudes toward health, personal autonomy, and participation in medical decision-making. The findings indicate that effective communication with Generation Z patients requires physicians to possess not only clinical knowledge and professional competence, but also empathy, psychological flexibility, digital communication literacy, and individualized communication skills. In addition, the article discusses how the rapid development of telemedicine and digital healthcare environments is creating new deontological requirements for modern medical ethics.
