Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the methodological foundations for developing students’ skills in working with scientific information and making evidence-based decisions in chemistry education. In modern education, the development of students’ scientific literacy is considered one of the key objectives. In this context, the study examines the didactic potential of teaching approaches aimed at developing competencies in working with scientific information in chemistry classes, including inquiry-based learning, problem-based learning, project-based learning, and case-study methods. The results indicate that the implementation of these approaches contributes to the development of students’ scientific thinking, critical thinking, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
