As a result of the acceleration of globalization processes, the demand for information has increased sharply. This situation expands the opportunities not only for states but also for individuals to use information as a tool for achieving their own interests. In modern society, a significant part of human life has moved into the online space, and the Internet has become an integral part of daily activities. Especially for young people and children, the virtual environment is of great importance as a space for communication, learning, and self-expression. Unfortunately, instances of rudeness and aggression in real life are also transferred to the virtual environment, negatively affecting the mental well-being of children and adolescents. This poses a serious threat to the psychological stability, social adaptation, and moral upbringing of the younger generation.
