This article examines the analysis of results-oriented management activities of leadership personnel in vocational education institutions as a pedagogical problem. The study explores the concept of results-oriented management, its pedagogical foundations, its impact on the quality of education, the managerial competencies of leadership personnel, and existing challenges based on international and local scientific literature. The analysis is based on reports and statistical data from international organizations such as UNESCO, the World Bank, and the OECD for the period 2022–2025.
