The article analyzes issues related to improving prosecutorial supervision over the legality of the enforcement of court decisions and acts of other authorities. It examines institutional and legal challenges within the current enforcement system, including the excessive workload of state enforcement officers, insufficient effectiveness of supervisory mechanisms, and gaps in legislation. The author proposes measures aimed at strengthening prosecutorial oversight, reforming the enforcement system, and improving the legal framework governing the execution of court decisions.
