The article analyzes the fundamental concepts of the new edition of the Constitution, namely the concepts of a sovereign state, a rule-of-law state, and a secular state, and reveals their significance. At the same time, the article examines concepts and provisions that were not included in the previous edition of the Constitution but were introduced in the new edition.
