The article examines current issues related to youth safety and the prevention of offenses. Particular attention is given to the spread of narcotic and psychotropic substances among young people and cases of minors driving vehicles. The author proposes measures aimed at improving criminal and administrative legislation, strengthening preventive mechanisms, introducing digital monitoring technologies, and expanding public participation in preventing youth-related offenses.
