This article provides a theoretical and legal analysis of the role and significance of medical law within the system of administrative law. The author examines the mechanisms of public administration in the healthcare sector and explores the regulation of medical activities through administrative-legal instruments such as licensing, state supervision, and standardization. Furthermore, the article analyzes current legislation in the healthcare field, substantiating the integral connection between medical law and administrative law.
