The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal status of intellectual property objects in the metaverse environment and discusses the issues of protecting digital assets and preventing copyright violations in virtual space. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of national legislation to the conditions of digital transformation and the development of effective legal mechanisms for regulating new digital phenomena.
