The article examines the organizational and legal framework for preventing corruption within the prosecution authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes internal control, conflict-of-interest prevention, professional ethics, and corruption risk assessment mechanisms. Challenges related to coordinating preventive measures, personnel management, and protecting individuals who report corruption are identified. The need for an integrated system of preventive oversight and performance evaluation is substantiated.
