The article examines the significance of legal analysis in the activities of prosecution authorities in the Republic of Uzbekistan and its development prospects. It identifies challenges related to the regulatory framework, methodological support, and practical application of analytical findings. Drawing on the experiences of Germany, the United States, France, and the Republic of Korea, the study substantiates the need to improve legal analysis through digitalization, modern analytical technologies, and enhanced professional training of prosecutors.
