This article provides a detailed analysis of the legal, criminological, and forensic characteristics of the bribery of an official of a non-state commercial or other non-state organization using information and communication technologies. The study scientifically substantiates the structural elements of this cyber-corruption crime, modern digital methods of commission (crypto-bribes, manipulation of tender algorithms, transmission of insider data), digital traces, as well as complex forensic examinations in uncovering such crimes.
