The article discusses state policy aimed at developing culture and the arts in Uzbekistan between 1991 and 2025 and at supporting creative youth. Through competitions and festivals, youth participation is increasing, and talents in various areas of art are being discovered. The festivals and competitions “Nihol,” “Kamalak Yulduzlari,” “Sharq Taronalari,” and maqom festivals play an important role in promoting national culture.
