This article analyzes the theoretical foundations for organizing a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) laboratory within a green school environment. Drawing on interdisciplinary literature related to education for sustainable development, ecological design, and constructivist learning theory, the study synthesizes the key theoretical approaches that shape the conceptualization, design, and implementation of integrated learning spaces. Central to the analysis is the Green-STEAM approach, which integrates inquiry-based and project-based pedagogy with sustainability competencies.
