This article analyzes the STEAM education model and examines its integrative significance for effectively preparing students for professional activities. The paper explores the mechanisms for integrating the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics in order to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills. The role of STEAM education in fostering critical thinking, creative approaches, independent decision-making, and project-based activities among students is also scientifically substantiated. Using examples from international experience and the demands of the twenty-first-century labor market, the pedagogical effectiveness of this approach is highlighted.
