This article analyzes issues related to the international legal regulation of labor migration. It first outlines the general concept of labor migration and the stages of its development. The paper then examines universal and regional international instruments governing this field, their substantive provisions, and implementation mechanisms. The practical application of international labor law norms, as well as monitoring and control mechanisms, are analyzed. Based on the experience of developed countries, the article proposes recommendations for improving the international legal regulation of labor migration.
