This article examines the integration of digital and managerial competencies into the professional activities of principals. Improving management effectiveness in modern educational institutions directly depends on the harmonious use of digital technologies and managerial skills. The study also substantiates the role of integrating these competencies in enhancing the quality of educational institutions and emphasizes the importance of principals’ professional development in this process.
