This article examines the key soft skills of teachers that contribute to professional resilience and effectiveness. It analyzes the theoretical foundations and contemporary approaches to developing emotional awareness, adaptability, and self-development in the context of high professional burnout. Recommendations for cultivating these competencies are provided, aimed at preventing burnout and improving the quality of pedagogical practice.
