The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the political and social aspects of Uzbekistan's regional cooperation with Central Asian countries in the context of the implementation of the "New Uzbekistan" concept. The author examines the main directions and mechanisms for intensifying interstate cooperation after 2017, including consultative meetings of the presidents of the region, noting their contribution to the formation of a new model of integration. Special attention is paid to the role of Uzbekistan as an initiator of regional dialogue and the importance of humanitarian, social and cultural cooperation in strengthening political trust and stability in the region.
