The article examines the alignment of national copyright legislation with international standards in light of the challenges posed by the digital environment and online platforms. It assesses the current legal framework, identifies major gaps in ensuring effective online protection of authors’ rights, particularly with regard to intermediary liability and content removal procedures. The study draws on international approaches and comparative practices from different jurisdictions. Recommendations are proposed to modernize domestic legislation and institutional mechanisms to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and ensure legal harmonization with global trends.
