This article analyzes the unique role of women in the new stage of building a democratic state in our country, our noble mothers, the bright image of Uzbek women who left their mark in history, the development and implementation of the "Women's School of Leadership" educational program in New Uzbekistan, increasing the participation of women in public administration, increasing the socio-political activity of women in the formation of a female cadre reserve, ensuring and protecting their rights and interests, and the principles of building a social state.
