This article interprets the program “Obod qishloq”, new effective mechanisms for reducing poverty, systems for solving social problems in society, such as “temir daftar”, “ayollar daftari”, “yoshlar daftari”, “mahallabay” and “хonadonbay” as ensuring social justice. "In accordance with the Constitution, it was declared that Uzbekistan will be transformed into a social state where every citizen, regardless of nationality, language, and religion, can live a free, peaceful, and prosperous life." Indeed, the implementation of any serious program also requires strengthening national unity. Because without unity, solidarity, and cooperation among representatives of the nation, even the most noble goals remain a dream. In this regard, it is emphasized and highlighted that the analysis of factors that strengthen national unity is gaining special importance.
