Annotatsiya

This scientific article systematically analyzes the constitutional and legal foundations of the right to the free development of one's personality. First, it examines the expression of this right in the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and elucidates its legal and theoretical content. It also considers the application of this right within the German legal system and its interpretation based on the practice of the Federal Constitutional Court. Furthermore, the reflection of this right in the constitutions of other foreign countries and the mechanisms for ensuring it are studied using a comparative legal method. In conclusion, the article puts forward theoretical, legal, and institutional proposals necessary for the effective realization of the right to the free development of one's personality in the context of Uzbekistan.
