Annotatsiya

This scientific article systematically analyzes the constitutional and legal foundations of the right to free personal development. First, the expression and meaning of this right in the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan are elucidated from a legal and theoretical perspective. The application of this right in Germany is analyzed based on the practice of the Federal Constitutional Court. Additionally, the presence of this right in the constitutions of other foreign countries and the mechanisms for ensuring it are studied using a comparative approach. The article concludes by offering theoretical, legal, and institutional proposals necessary for the effective implementation of this right in the context of Uzbekistan.
