This article analyzes the constitutional and legal mechanisms for protecting entrepreneurs' rights in the context of New Uzbekistan. It examines the guarantees enshrined in the Constitution, including economic freedom, inviolability of property, freedom to engage in entrepreneurial activities, and state protection. Additionally, the article highlights the role of state bodies, the judicial and legal system, authorized institutions, and the ombudsman institution in safeguarding the rights of business entities from violations.
