This article analyzes the legal aspects of ensuring information security in court activities. In the judicial and legal sphere, emphasis is placed on preventing the possibility of certain events leading to negative consequences in matters affecting human rights and freedoms. Additionally, issues related to elevating the application of artificial intelligence in the judicial and legal sphere to a new level of improving the efficiency and quality of judicial processes are discussed.
