This article analyzes the theoretical and practical problems of systematizing contracts for the creation of results of intellectual activity and the disposal of exclusive rights. A unified system based on the classification of contracts by their legal purpose is proposed, and recommendations for improving the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan are developed.
