This article covers the institution of conditional early release of minors from serving sentences, its content, the purpose of applying this institution and some problems arising in practice, their analysis based on statistical data and samples of court documents. In particular, it is substantiated that the work of the probation body with a conditionally released person, especially for minors, serves to prevent the child from finding his way in the future, committing a repeated crime, that a person conditionally released from punishment complies with the conditions established by the court, that he refrains from certain actions knowing that not only when he commits a crime, but also when he does not comply with the established requirements, it is cancelled by the court at the initiative of the supervisory body, that the court can remove all or part of the obligations and prohibitions imposed on him, or impose new obligations and prohibitions on him, which serves to increase the effectiveness of this institution and prevent the child from committing a repeated crime. The article also developed proposals and conclusions on improving the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the experience of some foreign countries, the opinions of leading scientists who conducted scientific research in this area regarding the application of parole to minors.
