This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the legal status, types, and classification criteria of the subjects of administrative proceedings. It examines the procedural functions and legal interests of the court, participants in the case, and persons assisting in the administration of justice, based on legislation and academic sources. A comparative analysis of national and foreign approaches is presented, along with conclusions aimed at improving the current legislation.
