The article examines the necessity of updating the legal culture of modern individuals in the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI). The author emphasizes that legal culture is a set of knowledge, values, and attitudes shaping an individual’s relationship to law, norms, and legal order, and that it must adapt to the challenges of digitalization, globalization, and scientific-technical progress. Special attention is given to Uzbekistan’s development of a national AI model reflecting the country’s cultural values and traditions, as well as issues of legal responsibility and critical assessment of AI-generated decisions.
