The practical significance of areas such as data management and analysis systems, online platforms and digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence technologies, digital marketing, and digital transformation in public administration is highlighted. Additionally, the possibilities of reducing operational costs through digitalization, expanding revenue sources, and introducing sports services to the global market are examined. The research findings will contribute to developing recommendations for increasing economic efficiency in sports organizations, ensuring transparent management, and supporting sustainable development based on innovative approaches.
