The article examines the organization of information flows in the digital monitoring of sports institutions and the processing of data for management purposes. The study employs systems analysis, structural and functional analysis, comparison, and information flow modeling. Using the ERP Sport integrated electronic management system as an example, it proposes a conceptual model encompassing data source identification, data collection, validation, processing, aggregation, monitoring, and management decision-making. Data completeness, accuracy, timely updating, and consistency across management levels are identified as important conditions for applying the model. The proposed approach may provide a methodological basis for improving the digital monitoring of sports institutions and supporting data-driven management decisions.
