The article focuses on the development of education and science in Uzbekistan during the years of independence, its legal foundations, and the activities of female scientists engaged in scientific research. It presents statistical data and features interviews with female researchers working at the Center for Pedagogical Excellence in Andijan region, highlighting their professional activities.
