This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal framework, institutional foundations, and strategic prospects for the digital transformation of the healthcare sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also presents a legal analysis of the content and essence of the normative-legal acts that regulate the sector. The article further offers a scientific justification for the integration of international legal standards with national legislation in the implementation of the digital healthcare (E-Health) system.
